Buying planning kits
Planning kits are digital files delivered by download after your payment is confirmed. Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe. Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license described in our refund policy and license, which also explains refunds.
Liability
We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site or our planning kits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
